• Basic usage data and page visits to help us improve the product
• IP address and browser type for security purposes

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the MaraPals service
• To match you with other runners through pods
• To display your profile to other pod members

When you join a pod, other members of that pod can see your:

• First name, profile photo, age, city
• Running details: experience, pace, goal time, bio
• Messages you send in the pod group chat

Your email address and password are never visible to other users.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL). We use industry-standard security practices including hashed passwords and authenticated sessions. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
